This piece feature on the Great Irish Game fair as a display item to show people that taxidermy doesn't always have to be ugly, stiff or creepy. During this fair I also held demonstrations. On Saturday I worked on a red-leg partridge, and on Sunday I worked on a wee female Kestrel.

The animal used in this project were legal quarry. None of the animals I work on are killed for the purpose of taxidermy alone and most are found along side the road or come from bird/animal breeders in the area.
