So Wednesday the fabrics came in for Arikla's wedding corset. I was really beginning to get a bit nervous about the fabric taking so long to get here. I gave myself a due-date for the fabrics, so that if they didn't come by that day I'd go and order last minute FAST shipping.

So Wednesday was my 'last-day-to-come' day for the fabric, and low and behold, it came! *wipes sweat off brow*. I immediately started working, since it had to be finished FAST. The wedding is at the end of the month and it'll take some time to get to the US.

Today I finished the corset for Arikla. My pillow doesn't really give it the shape it'll give her, but you get the general idea. The bottom fringe is equal in length, it's just my pillow that makes it curl up here and there. The straps are adjustable to taste, so they can easily be untied and re-tied tighter or looser.

All in all, I come to realize how much I *adore* the look of a under-busts with straps!
